So the next round of conventions may be a few months away but getting fit doesn’t just happen over night.
During the holidays it’s really easy to lose track of your weight – especially when bundled under five layers of jackets. No one will be able to notice those five extra pounds right?
Well, maybe not until you try to squeeze into that skin-tight costume.
Luckily losing weight and getting fit is one of the top New Year’s resolutions, so many gyms offer deep discounts on new memberships! Even better, if you attend a college or university your gym may offer free admission for students. I didn’t know my gym was included in the cost of tuition until I asked.
